  • Claims that the item was "not as expected" when the listing was accurate

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:

  • Photos of the item and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue
    If eligible, a refund or replacement
    may be issued at our discretion.

No Refunds For

  • Improper storage or handling (e.g., exposure to moisture)
  • Late deliveries caused by the postal service
  • Disputes without contacting us first
